A Note from the Founder
Building something of your own takes courage and intention. I don’t take lightly the trust clients place in me when they seek guidance.
I’m Ashley, and I founded Bince Law to support entrepreneurs and creative business owners who care deeply about what they’re building. I take real satisfaction in helping clients gain clarity, protect what matters, and move forward with confidence.
Before launching Bince Law, I served as a USPTO examining attorney, practiced in large law firm environments, and worked in nonprofit and educational settings. Those experiences shaped how I think about the law: not as a set of rules, but as a tool that can either empower or constrain depending on how it’s used. They also reinforced my desire to practice in a way that feels thoughtful, human, and aligned with the realities of building a business.
My role is to offer steady, thoughtful guidance so clients can focus their energy where it belongs: on growing a meaningful business.
The right guidance creates space for better decisions.
